Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale 2017 Haul

Hey y'all!
I'm so excited to share my After Party Sale haul with you all today! I'm sorry it took so long, but it is finally here. My packages took longer than I expected to get here, but now that they are all here and I have taken picture, I'm ready to share!

The first item I purchased is the Blythe Dress in "Casa Azul."

I love it because of how versatile and comfortable it is. I think it is going to be the perfect everyday dress for the summer. I intend on wearing it for Easter as well.

The next item I got was this pair of linen beach shorts.

They are the classic beach shorts in "Seeing Pink Elephants." I love how loose and comfy they are. The pink, green, and elephants are the perfect combination for me!

Another pair of shorts I got are the Callahan Shorts in "Pink Lemonade."

I originally didn't buy these when I was on the Lilly site, but I realized I love the print so much I needed them! Sadly, when I got on the site again they were gone. I searched forever and finally found them at the Pink Palm. They are so cute and I am so excited to pair them with my "Coral Tank Top."

Next, I purchased the Monterey Tank Top in "Toucan Can."

It is so fun and bright. I also love the back straps.

Lastly, I got the Alia Top in "Swept by the Tides."

I think this may be my favorite purchase. The fringe on the bottom is so adorable. I love that you can wear it on or off the shoulder as well.

Next, I will share quickly what my Mom and sister got.

Ida Top in "Gimme Some Leg."

Adie Shorts in "Swept by the Tides."

Monterey Tank Top in "Stay Cool."

Michelle Top in "Hanging with Fronds."

Funny story about this one, I bought it for my Mom for her birthday and then she told me she also bought it. Luckily I was able to sell it :)

And that is all! Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoy!

Friday Favorites: Cozy Favorites

Happy Friday!

I am linking up with Andrea, Erika, and Narci to share my Friday Favorites. This time I am sharing my favorite cozy things!

Winter is not my favorite, especially in freezing Michigan, but these are my favorite cozy things to keep me warm and comfy.

Favorite number 1: Patagonia Vest

I received this Patagonia vest for Christmas and am obsessed with it. To be honest, I was obsessed with it before I even got it! It is so soft and the perfect extra layer to throw on in the cold weather.

Favorite number 2: Minnetonka Slippers

The Minnetonka slippers are my favorite slippers ever. I wasn't much of a slipper person before I got these, but now I wear them all the time. They are so fuzzy and hold up great.

Favorite number 3: Pom pom hat

Cute pom pom hats such as this one are such a fun thing to wear in the winter. They are adorable, and they also keep me so warm. There are so many fun options as well. I love the ones with fur pom poms on top.

Favorite number 4: Smartwool socks

These are the warmest socks ever! They are perfect to wear with boots and to keep your feet warm without having to pile up a million pairs of socks. They are also outstanding quality and very durable.

Favorite number 5: Heated blankets
Heated blankets are one of my favorite things ever and this one looks extraordinary. It's a fur blanket and a heated blanket all in one! This is the perfect thing to be wearing around the house all winter.

Favorite number 6: Onesies

Snowflake Print PJ Jumpsuit

Onesies seem so ridiculous, but let me tell you that you absolutely need one! It is my favorite thing to wear around the house at night and instantly makes me feel cozy.

Favorite number 7: Bathrobe

Classic Short Robe with Hood #pbteen Pool, monogrammed with navy initials go LHR:

Speaking of cozy things to wear, I love a good bathrobe! These Pottery Barn ones are so adorable and fluffy. And the monogram makes it even better! I love to wear mine when I'm getting ready in the morning and getting ready for bed.

Favorite number 8: Joggers

...

These are the most beautiful sweatpants I have ever seen! They are so soft and my go to pant for a lazy day. I wear them to lounge around but also as pajamas sometimes.

And that's it! These are some of my favorite cozy things to make me feel all snuggled up during the cold winter months. I hope you enjoyed and comment your comfy essentials below!

Monday Motivation: Motivational Quotes

Hey y'all, happy Monday! Mondays aren't as bad when they're part of a long weekend :)

I am coming up on Midterms week, lots of standardized testing, and many other activities. I'm sure many of you are also very busy and may be feeling a bit stressed, so today I am sharing some of my favorite motivational quotes with you. Also in perfect timing, it is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, so I will include some of his quotes as well. I hope this post leaves you feeling motivated and empowered to take on this week!

I hope everyone thinks today about the importance of this day. I watched a video in my English class of MLK giving a speech giving a speech in 1968 at my school and it was very interesting to see. If you are able get out and volunteer or help someone out who doesn't expect it. Yesterday, I volunteered at the auto show and it was a lot of fun.

I hope you enjoyed and have a great and productive week!

Friday Favorites

Happy Friday everyone! It has been a long week. The week after a long vacation is never easy. Today, I am linking up with some bloggers I have been reading for a long time, Andrea, Erika, and Narci to share my Friday favorites!
Favorite number 1: booties

Booties are my all time favorite shoes to wear in the winter. I am in love with these Steve Madden boots that arrived last week. They fit great and have a cute distressed look to them.

I also love these pairs and think they are all so unique. If you want to see how I style my booties, check out my post here

Favorite number 2: Kate Spade tumbler

This Eat Cake for Breakfast Tumbler has been my go to cup recently. I love anything from Kate Spade and this is one of my favorite sayings. I may be guilty of eating cake for breakfast occasionally :). Having a cute cup to drink out of makes it so much easier to drink a lot of water. And a plus, it keeps my water cold for a long time!

Favorite number 3: Burberry Lotion
I received this Burberry Brit Rhythm lotion for Christmas and let me tell you, it smells amazing! Seriously so yummy, you need it too. It is the perfect winter scent and also very hydrating. The bottle is also very sleek and clean looking, which I absolutely love.

Favorite number 4: new hair-do
I got my hair cut and highlighted this past week and I am so in love with it. No better way to start the New Year than changing up your hair. It needed to be cut so badly and I am so happy with how it turned out. I am also IN LOVE with these highlights. So thankful for my wonderful hairdresser! If you would like me to do a post all about my hair routine, let me know!

Favorite number 5: memory jar
I posted about this DIY Memory Jar last week and am still loving it. I love how it makes me step back and realize the good in each day. I highly recommend making your own or something similar. Plus, it is so much fun to go back and read at the end of the year.

Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed today's post. Maybe you can find some new favorites as well :)
